We are your each and ever lust filled thought. Each adrenaline rush you feel - We cause it. We rule these streets and we rule you...and you better not forget it.

Former King Pin Hector Sawyer is long dead and as his last breath was cast war was declared. The time of the mobster is back. All alliances are null and void. Blood will stain the streets as the long dormant gangs fight to take control of the city they once ruled.
Corruption, murder, drugs, prostitution... the good old days are back.
